Full Body Massage
The classic of all massages, and the best place to start. Long, flowing strokes and slower kneading work through the back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs, easing everyday tension and warming the whole body. Your therapist adjusts the pressure to what feels right for you, from gentle to firm, and gives a little extra time to where tension usually sits. A lovely first massage at NUU beauty, and the right choice whenever you're not sure which one to pick.
The result: a body that feels lighter and a mind that feels calmer. Most people leave feeling more at home in their body.
Best as a habit: Like most good things for the body, massage works best when it's regular rather than a rare treat, and a subscription makes it easy to give yourself that time.
Good to know: If you have a fever, an infection or a recent injury, it's best to wait until you feel well again. During pregnancy, our Pregnancy Massage is the gentle alternative.
Fresh hair to finish: Add a wash & blow-dry after your massage and leave with fresh hair as well.
Aftercare tip: Keep the rest of your day unhurried if you can. The relaxed feeling stays with you longer that way.Lymphatic Drainage Massage
The gentlest massage on our menu, and one many people love for the lightness it brings. Using very light, slow and rhythmic movements, your therapist follows the natural pathways of the lymphatic system, supporting the natural flow of fluid in the body. It's not about pressure but about precision, which is why it feels so calming. A lovely choice when you feel puffy or heavy, after a long flight, on hot summer days, or whenever your body asks for something gentle.

The result: a body that feels lighter and less puffy, and a deep sense of calm. Many people notice it most in the legs, ankles and face.
Best as a habit: Lymphatic drainage works best as a series, and a NUU subscription makes regular sessions easy to plan.
Good to know: You may need the bathroom a little more often after your session; this is completely normal. Not suitable with a fever or an infection, a history of blood clots, or serious heart or kidney conditions. If you have any serious health condition, please check with your doctor before booking.
Fresh hair to finish: Add a wash & blow-dry after your massage and leave with fresh hair as well.
Aftercare tip: Drink plenty of water for the rest of the day and choose light, less salty food. It helps your body continue the work of the massage.
