Maderotherapy - Body
Maderotherapy is an ancestral massage technique from Colombia. It uses wooden tools and manual techniques to massage and stimulate the body. It's non-invasive, natural and, above all, highly effective:
- against cellulite,
- to reshape the body,
- to tone and firm the skin,
- to relieve muscular tension,
- to improve blood circulation (and avoid the sensation of heavy legs),
- relaxes and soothes the body.
Areas massaged: complete legs, front and back, buttocks, stomach, hips, arms.
Contraindications (non-exhaustive list):
- Phlebitis, thrombosis
- Serious heart disease or condition
- Low blood pressure
- Ongoing infection
- Renal insufficiency
- Serious skin pathology or problem
- Pregnancy under 3 months

This massage will be a manual lymphatic drainage performed according to the methodology of Dr. Albert Leduc.
This technique stimulates lymph circulation, and is based on slow, gentle movements in the direction of lymphatic circulation, with variations in pressure. This massage is performed without oil.
