Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a powerful method of working, focusing on the re-training of muscles and the fascia that surrounds them. While a massage is meant to crush the muscles in the core of the body, it is meant to grip and pull the tissues as they slide along. Therefore, it is not a question of repeating, in a stronger way, the same maneuvers as in massaging the body. In this way, we try to avoid the adhesions that exist between the different layers of muscles and fascias, which are the origin of pain and mobility restrictions. In this context, we prefer to massage without oil (using shea butter or cream if necessary) in order to increase the adhesion of the hands to the tissue.
