4. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Website Hosting.
Salonkee makes use of Amazon Web Services (AWS) to manage and host the Website. Salonkee has entered into a processing agreement with such entities.
Analytics.
We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Website.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Website available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Social media.
Our Websites allows you to follow us on social media channels, e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. We do not use these buttons to share your personal data with social media providers. When you click on a follow button, the relevant social media provider will gather your personal data directly from you. Please read the privacy notice of any social media provider with which you intend to share your personal data.
Payment providers.
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Website. In that case, we use third-party services from Adyen (Rokin 491012 KK The Netherlands) for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal data is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

You can deactivate this SMS feature by logging into your Salonkee profile or by indicating to the partner salon that you no longer wish to receive this type of service. - our partners, of which you request services: to manage and finalize your booking. This information is intended for internal use and, at your request, for the administration of loyalty or marketing programs.
- ICT Service Providers and APIs: to be able to communicate with you on the site or via email/SMS in a secure and confidential manner;
- affiliates, such as our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us. We will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy;
- our accountants, auditors, lawyers or similar advisers when we ask them to provide us with professional advice;
- the bar authorities, judicial, police or administrative authorities if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, a binding decision of an administrative authority or a court order;
- investors and other relevant third parties in in the event of a potential sale or other corporate transaction related to Salonkee;

5. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Salonkee uses AWS services as it’s hosting provider. Data processing is carried out by: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, Luxembourg 1855, Luxembourg (a subsidiary of Amazon.com Inc., 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle WA 98109, USA). All data is stored at AWS servers located in Frankfurt am Main (with potential backups at AWS Paris or AWS in Amsterdam), and we will not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area except (i) at your request, or (ii) to the extent necessary for the institution, exercise or substantiation of a legal claim. In the context of the use of some software applications, personal data may however be temporarily transferred to countries outside the Economic European Area. In such a case, an adequate level of protection is provided through the use of the European Commission's Standard Clauses.

6. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Salonkee takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from destruction, loss, modification or any other unauthorized processing. In addition, our employees and contractors who provide services related to our information systems are required to respect the confidentiality of personal information held by us. However, we cannot be held responsible for events resulting from unauthorized access to your personal information, in the case of irreverent user behavior.
Salonkee does not store your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is stored. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. The retention periods applied by Salonkee take into account the laws and regulations which impose a specific retention period for certain categories of data, as well as the recommendations of the CNPD concerning certain types of data processing. These retention periods can be up to the statutory limitation period of 10 years for all commercial matters. We may also archive your data until the expiry of the statutory limitation periods (up to 30 years in some cases), for reasons directly related to the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim.
We will also retain Usage Data (i.e. data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Website or from the Website infrastructure itself for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Website, or if we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
