Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a powerful method of working, focusing on the re-training of muscles and the fascia that surrounds them. While a massage is meant to crush the muscles in the core of the body, it is meant to grip and pull the tissues as they slide along. Therefore, it is not a question of repeating, in a stronger way, the same maneuvers as in massaging the body. In this way, we try to avoid the adhesions that exist between the different layers of muscles and fascias, which are the origin of pain and mobility restrictions. In this context, we prefer to massage without oil (using shea butter or cream if necessary) in order to increase the adhesion of the hands to the tissue.Sport Massage
It helps athletes train and improve their performance by preventing pain and injury. Massage therapists combine various classical Swedish massage manipulations with compression, acupressure, cross-fiber friction, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy and cryotherapy (massage using intense cold) to meet the needs of high-level athletes and fitness enthusiasts.Swedish Massage
The Swedish massage combines firmness and softness, its original name was Swedish Gymnastics and today it is known in Sweden as the "Classical Massage. It aims to provide a great muscle relaxation and thus promote the increase of the range of motion. It is used for therapeutic purposes in various countries. It causes increased blood circulation in the muscle tissue, relaxes muscle tension, helps to regain muscle and tendon elasticity and thus produces obvious benefits. This technique uses effleurage, kneading, friction, as well as percussion in targeted areas. This massage is the most common in massage parlors. The method was developed by M Per Henrik Ling.
