Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of consciousness and very transformative. Kundalini Yoga brings you into self-love and self-empowerment.
In a one-to-one session, we first discuss your concerns and then practice a set of breathing exercises, movement (Kriya), meditation and mantra tailored to your needs.Lesson in a group (max. 6 people)

A Kundalini Yoga class consists of breathing exercises, Kriyas (movements) and meditations. Mantra supports the healing and transforming effect.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a seat cushion (if you need one) and a blanket for final relaxation.
