If your appointment is a colour correction (including removing banding, correcting uneven colour, or transitioning from previous box dye or heavily pigmented colour), please note that achieving your desired result may take multiple appointments. The health, condition, structural integrity, previous colour history, and natural starting level of your hair will determine the safest lightening process and what is realistically achievable in each session.
