How it works
1. Heating the stones
Stones are warmed in water to a safe temperature (typically ~5055 °C).
2. Stone placement
The therapist places stones on key points of the body:

3. Massage with stones
The therapist also uses the stones as tools, gliding them over muscles with oil to combine heat and movement.
