Electrolysis allows permanent removal of the cells responsible for hair growth by inserting a filament into the hair follicle and applying a high-speed current adjusted according to the hair and the targeted region. All skin and hair colors as well as all regions can be treated efficiently and without any compromise.

Sugar hair removal This method has become very popular in our institute. The sugar paste is 100% natural. It is based on millennial recipes from the Middle East and contains exclusively water and sugar, without any chemical, aromatic or coloring substance. It works on all hair colours and skin types. 🔬 How does it work? A very fine filament is inserted through the hair follicle to the area responsible for hair growth. A short electrical impulse targets these growth structures. You may feel a brief, strong and localised sensation of heat. The hair is then removed with tweezers, ideally without resistance. The process is repeated hair by hair. ✨ What makes it different? Unlike shaving or waxing, the aim is not simply to remove the visible hair, but to permanently destroy the growth structures of the treated follicle. All hair colours can be treated. 🗓️ Why weekly at first? Regular, usually weekly sessions at the beginning allow newly visible hairs to be treated continuously and reduce the need to tweeze them yourself. ✨ IPL Hair Removal – prepare properly for a safe and effective treatment! So, what exactly is IPL? 🤔 IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light. It is not a laser. A laser uses a very focused light at a specific wavelength, while IPL uses multiple wavelengths delivered in short pulses of light. The melanin in the hair absorbs the light, converts it into heat, and the energy acts down to the hair follicle. 💡 How to prepare at home: For the face: ☀️ No sunbathing for 2 weeks before your appointment. Your skin should be at its natural skin tone. Tanned skin contains more melanin, which increases the risk of irritation or burns. 💊 Avoid antibiotics for 2 weeks beforehand if they make your skin more sensitive to light. Some medications can increase photosensitivity. If you are taking medication, please check with me before your appointment – better safe than sorry. 😉 For body areas: ☀️ The same rule applies: no sunbathing for 2 weeks beforehand. 💊 Avoid photosensitising antibiotics for 2 weeks beforehand. If you are unsure about any medication, please check first. And this part is important: 🔥 TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, SHAVE THE BODY AREA TO BE TREATED! 🔥 Why two days before? This leaves the hair just slightly visible – an ideal length for IPL treatment. The light can be properly absorbed by the hair and act down to the hair follicle. Please shave thoroughly and don't miss any spots. 😄 My tip: use plenty of light, take your time and don't turn shaving into a blind expedition. 🔦😂 For areas such as the back or shoulders that are difficult to reach, ask someone for help. And if nobody is available, I can also shave your back in the salon for a small additional charge of €5. Good preparation = better conditions for your treatment. 💛
