- Avoid waxing, plucking, threading, or using depilatory creams for 4 weeks prior to treatment. The laser targets the hair root, which must be present for the treatment to be effective.
- Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. Do not shave immediately before the treatment to avoid skin irritation.
- Avoid chemical peels, retinoids, glycolic acid, or exfoliating treatments in the treatment area for at least 1 week prior.
- Avoid excessive alcohol(24h) or caffeine on the day of your session.
After treatment care:

- First 48 hours avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, or heavy workouts. Apply aloe vera gel or a cool compress if the skin feels warm or slightly red.
- Slight redness or mild sensitivity is normallet it heal naturally.
- Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 1-2 weeks after treatment.
- Always use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen on treated areas if exposed to sunlight.
- No tanning beds or self-tanners until the skin fully recovers.
