Our treatments are intended for both women and men.
We speak Luxembourgish, German, French and English.
For hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted in the salon.
The salon isn't suitable for children and for maximum relaxation, we recommend you come to your appointment alone.

Appointments :
New customers will need to register on Salonkee and to book their appointment online.
If you can't find an appointment online, you're able to join the waiting list. You'll then be notified via email as soon as an appointment becomes available. For information on our treatments, please call +352 621 144 788.

Arrival :
If you arrive late, your treatment time will have to be shortened by the length of your delay out of respect for the clients after you. We ask that you arrive five minutes before your appointment time to ensure that your session can start on time.

Methods of payment :
No-show = 100% payable
Cancellation up to 12 hours before appointment = 90% payable 
Cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment = 50% payable 
Cancellation up to 48 hours before appointment = 10% payable
Beauty doesn't take any responsability of any reasons of cancellation, not for forgetfulness, not for illness or other reasons.

Loyalty points :
1€                                   = 1 point
Online appoitment         = 3 points
Online messege             = 10 points
1000 points                    = 1/3 off a facial treatment 
2000 points                    = 2/3 off a facial treatment 
3000 points                    = free facial treatment
As soon as you redeem your points, your account will be reset to zero.

Our offers :
We offer all standard beauty treatments in our salon, along with a few special treatments such as permanent hair removal using needle epilation or laser treatment, microneedling, eyelash extensions and permanent make-up. We recommend lash lifting for greater volume, combined with lash tinting for a nice natural look.

Parking and opening hours :
Parking Théâtre is 100 m away. There is a lift in the building to reach us on the first floor. Flexible opening hours from Tuesday until Saturday.
