All customers will need to register on Salonkee and book their appointment online. If you can't find an appointment online, you're able to join the waiting list. If you arrive late, your treatment time will have to be shortened by the length of your delay out of respect for the clients after you. We ask you to arrive 5 minutes before to ensure that your session can start on time. Methods of payment : No-show = 100% payable Cancellation up to 12 hours before = 90% Cancellation up to 24 hours before = 50% Cancellation up to 48 hours before = 10% Beauty doesn't take any responsability of any reasons of cancellation, not for forgetfulness, not for illness or other reasons.
