Important Appointment & Cancellation Policies
Punctuality is important to us! Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure a smooth process. If you are late, the treatment time cannot be extended.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 48 hours before: 10% charge
Up to 24 hours before: 50% charge
Up to 12 hours before: 90% charge
No-show: 100% charge
Regardless of the reason for cancellation or delay, we reserve the right to apply the corresponding charges.
