Hands down the best sports massage. Fit & Fresh really knows their anatomy—they targeted my muscle tightness perfectly with the right balance of deep pressure and functional stretching. The facility is clean and professional.

The meals are very original and tasty, but I generally prefer the smoothies (or shakes, whatever you like to call them). everything is always freshly made, always !

This is the second time I had a Kobido face massage here and both times it was excellent with visible results. Agata is very kind and professional, she listens and adapts. Nice ambiance with a coffe shop/restaurant on site.
