Nestled in the heart of the Koener Hotel, in the picturesque historic center of Clervaux, the Cinq Mondes Spa invites you to an unforgettable wellness getaway. ⚠️ The SPA is open to all residents and non-residents of the Koener and Boutique Hotel Clervaux.
⚠️ The sauna world (finnish sauna, infrared cabin, hammam, salt cave) is naturist. No admission for children under 14 years.

Arrival:
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the time of your appointment in order to respect the punctuality of the treatment sessions.
In case of delay, the time of your treatment will have to be shortened by the duration of your delay out of respect for the following clients.

Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend, we ask that you kindly cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of cancellation of an appointment less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show at the appointment, the gift voucher will be considered as definitively lost and will not be refunded.
No exceptions will be accepted.
