My therapist was very attentive intuitive and understood my general fatigue of the body. I am so grateful for the treatment and felt great energy post treatment. I highly recommend the Ayurveda-Abhyanga treatment for those who are feeling muscular fatigue and need an energy boost. Thank you 🙏🏾

I had "De-stress Body & Mind" massage - was a little too long but overall nice experience. Just good to know that there is no shower and if you choose the scalp massage included you might end up with the oily hair...the sensation you just washed your hair....so no appointments afterwards suggest...

Hello Monika, thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. Just a note: the De-Stress Body & Mind is a 90 min treatment (60 min massage + 30 min facial to 'break up the time). There is a shower available at our spa however for the Hair & Scalp Treatment, yes, the hair is left oily on purpose...
