Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Health & Pregnancy

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy when making your reservation. Body treatments during pregnancy are available after the first 12 weeks, following therapist guidance.

To preserve a peaceful and relaxing environment, we kindly ask guests to respect privacy and refrain from using mobile phones.
