Nuxe® Spa Chateau d'Urspelt

When elegance and hospitality are combined with luxury, when the softness of massaging hands is soaked in escape and the serenity of a space where time is as if suspended... Choosing Château d'Urspelt means discovering moments of intense relaxation thanks to the NUXE Spa.

Equipped with a themed swimming pool in the form of an immersed cave, a relaxation room, two hammams and two private saunas, a whirlpool, a "floatation pool", a salt wall and a Technogym fitness room, the wellness area is the ideal place to escape in a historic setting.

Access to the Wellness area is 60 per person. It is offered with a minimum purchase of 45 minutes of treatment. It is accessible from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..

The Spa is accessible to accompanied children over 12 years old, or from 18 years old.     
Body treatments and massages are not accessible to people under 18 years old and pregnant women.


Access to the Spa Without a room at the Château: 

For external guests, the Spa is accessible from Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays and school holidays, subject to booking a massage and confirmation by the Spa team.  

The day before and the day after a public holiday, due to the high volume of visitors to the Château and in order to guarantee the best possible experience for all our guests, we are unable to accept treatment bookings for non-resident guests.


Arrival:

In case of delay, the time of your treatment will have to be shortened by the duration of your delay out of respect for the following clients.
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the time of your appointment in order to respect the punctuality of the treatment sessions.


Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend, we ask that you kindly cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of cancellation of an appointment less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show at the appointment, the beauty passport will be considered as definitively lost and will not be refunded. 
No exceptions will be accepted.


Treatments:

Our massages are body modelling, beauty and well-being treatments, non-therapeutic and non-medical. The indicated durations correspond to the actual time of the treatments. The purchase of a treatment is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.

The Escapades are not dissociable, cannot be modified and must be carried out in one go. Gentlemen, we recommend that you shave at least one hour before your facial treatment.
