Bel institut, bon accueil, Miam et Tony sont professionnels et très aimables. Il est toujours très agréable d aller y faire sa manucure ou soin des pieds. Je recommande. Merci à eux.

JilI had a reservation on the 19th of July to get my nails done, as I've got married the day after on the 20th. I even had sent them a little notice via Salonkee that it was for my wedding when I booked the appointment, so for me quite important. However when I arrived, the store was closed "for exceptional reasons". After calling three times and running through Remich, because they told me I was at the wrong store, I found out that they were talking about there store in Luxembourg city and wanted me to come there! However I had specially booked my apppointment in Remich, because I live nearby and don't have time to drive to the city due to wedding preparations. The woman from the store in the city said that they didn't even really check on my booking via Salonkee and therefore didn't let me know that they closed the store exceptionally that day. I was really upset about the way I was treated. I ask myself the question why they use Salonkee when they are not interested in communicating with their clients via that tool. I will never book an appointment at MH Nails again.
