I'm Marine, a women's well-being practitioner specialising in female and perinatal care.
With gentleness, respect and presence, I support you through every stage of your life as a woman  from menstrual cycles and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and life transitions.

I offer personalised well-being support, combining active listening with holistic and body-based approaches to help you:
		Reconnect with your feminine rhythm: ease menstrual discomfort, navigate emotional fluctuations, and better understand your inner cycle.
		Navigate the motherhood journey: support your path to conception, offer grounding during pregnancy, and create space to slow down and recharge after birth.
		Care for your overall balance: release tension, quiet the mind, and nurture your physical, emotional and energetic well-being.

Each session is tailored to your current needs.
I work with a range of tools including well-being massage, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), acupressure, sophrology, energy care, Rebozo and feminine rituals.

 Please note: this work is not medical or therapeutic in nature. It is a holistic and supportive approach to well-being, and does not replace medical or psychological care.

Sessions are available in Bertrange, Schifflange (booking on my website www.mamacare-lu.com) or at your home.

 Cancellation policy: appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
