If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the full treatment if our schedule allows. However, if not possible, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly in order to respect the next appointments, with no price reduction.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the full cost of the treatment will be charged to your credit card.

Reminder: treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
We recommend planning your sessions in advance to fully enjoy your cure.

Cancellation Policy
Because our time is valuablejust like yourswe kindly ask that you respect the following conditions:

Up to 48 hours before your appointment: 20% of the service will be charged

Up to 12 hours before: 50% will be charged

Same day or no-show: 100% of the service will be charged

Please note that any messages sent outside of business hours (e.g. during the night) will be considered as received on the same day.

We understand that life happenssick children, last-minute changes, unexpected events
But as a business, we are unfortunately unable to absorb these disruptions.
