Depuis 22 ans, je consacre mon parcours professionnel aux domaines du coaching et nutrition, santé et du bien-être. Mes études approfondies en sport et santé m'ont permis d'acquérir les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour guider mes clients vers un mode de vie plus sain.

Aux cours des 3 dernières année, j'ai eu le privilège de collaborer avec des médecins réputés en Turquie ( leur assistante médical). Ensemble, nous travaillons pour aider les patients à redécouvrir l'amour de soi. Notre approche se concentre non seulement sur la santé physique, mais également sur le développement d'un état d'esprit positif et le bien être émotionnel. ( Tout l'organisation, accompagnement et suivi)

Dans mon entreprise LILIANA MENDES CLINIC & COACH, je vous propose des évaluations physiques, programmes de coaching sur mesure avec des conseils nutritionnels, online, programme d`entrainement par une application a télécharge, suivi post-opératoire, différents types de massage et réhabilitation. 

Je crois que chacun mérite de se sentir bien dans sa peau, et ça c'est ma mission!
