We kindly ask all clients to respect our 24-hour cancellation policy.

* Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a cancelation fee.
* No-shows are charged the full treatment price.
* This policy also applies to appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance.

As a small, independently operated studio, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave insufficient time to offer that slot to another client.
