USEFUL INFORMATION 

/ The sauna area (Steam Bath, Salt Cave, Finnish Sauna, Light Therapy) is naturist and forbidden to under 14s.

/ Duration of treatments:
The indicated duration includes the installation and the time needed for rest in certain treatments. Any delay will be deducted from the duration of the treatment or massage. We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the time of your appointment in order to respect the punctuality of the treatment sessions. If you are late, the time of your treatment will be shortened by the length of your delay out of respect for the following clients.

 / Children Policy
To ensure relaxation and serenity for all our guests, SPA access for children is regulated as follows:
Children are welcome in the pool and whirlpool area until 12:00 (noon) only.
Access to the sauna area (saunas, steam bath, salt cave, light therapy) is permitted from the age of 14.

/ Cancellation and refund policy: 
If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the entire service.
No exceptions will be accepted.
