A friendly note to our customers; 
-   If you need to cancel your appointment, please try to do so at least 24 hours in advance, if your cancellation is less than 24h we reserve the right to charge you 30% of the cost of booked service. 
-   If No-show (you dont show up in your booked appointment) we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of booked service.

Fantastic experience at the hairdressers, she really took a lot of time for me to make sure I was happy. Compared to the experience I always had in the Netherlands, this is a lot better. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Luxembourg looking for a hairdressers.
