I am really sorry for the misunderstanding incident, there was a client who had previously come and said that there was an appointment (in fact,she did not have appointment) but it was the same name, so I did for her, when the client who had an appointment arrived after 10 minutes, so she had to wait... so there is this overlap, In fact, I am really respect client's appointment very much. Sorry for the unexpected incident.
