Unfortunately I can’t leave a review with negative stars otherwise I would rate a 10 minus! I arrived for my appointment on time - not even a “hello”! You get looked as if you’re a thief - get asked in German: what is it? Quite rude! I explain I have an appointment and she asks me in a very cold way...
