Good afternoon Katharine! Sorry if my life experience with the medicine I took that changed my health bothered me, my intention was not to sell anything at all! I just told you about the experience that changed my life and my health! I apologize once again if I bothered you!! I hope that next time I can make it up in some way! And when using a hair mask, it is impossible for a hairdresser to cut perfect hair without it being soft and smooth, which is why I applied the mask! Thank you very much for your advice and I promise to improve for the well-being of all our customers

Anissa Accueil très chaleureux et les coiffeuses étaient très sympathiques. J'étais venue avec mon petit garçon et il était le bienvenu, il a reçu beaucoup d'attentions, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié ! Mes cheveux étaient très abîmés et j'ai opté pour une coupe courte, un carré, le résultat était très joli. Je trouve qu'elles sont très compétentes et connaissent très bien leur travail. Rapport qualité/prix, c'est très raisonnable. Ça y est, j'ai trouvé mes coiffeuses 😀

Haircut is good at a decent price, however a mask was added at extra cost without this being made clear at the time of application. Personal comments were also made about my weight in order to try and sell a weight loss supplement. I found this too personal and quite hurtful. I would suggest you’re more conscious in future of the potential background of your clients as comments like this can be extremely harmful. I went for a relaxing haircut, not to be uncomfortable, embarrassed and upset which was the result of the conversation.
