SandrineVery poor protocol. Polite staff but no attention to customer. I stayed for 30 min alone in the room at the end of my treatment with a mask whilst the carer was busy somewhere else. The door was half open during all my treatment. My make up was not correctly removed and I noticed it when I saw myself in the mirror while leaving the institute. The treatment costs 199euros and for such price I would expect a real attention to customer, a cosy ambiance, a clean face when I leave… I will never come back
