Following an increase in the number of missed appointments, we have had to change our payment policy. Missed appointments or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at a rate of 30% of the cost of the service.
If you are unable to attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, so that someone else can take advantage of the free appointment.

In order to be able to offer you a quality care, we ask you to arrive few minutes earlier at your appointment. This will allow us to start on time serenely.

In the event of a possible delay, we will try to offer you, if possible, another treatment of shorter duration that can meet your expectations. If the delay is too long, we will unfortunately no longer be able to guarantee you a care.
