And yet, many people neglect their physical and mental well-being. This is often because many don't know what to do or where to start.

That's the mission of my Body Caring Coach ("myBCC"): to help and support you at every stage of your life, to give you the tools to take care of your body in a sustainable and natural way, so that it can function optimally on a daily basis.

To achieve this, myBCC offers 3 tools: naturopathy, personal training and massage.

myBCC takes a holistic approach to people, respecting your constraints, limitations and needs. No guilt! Just listening, empathy, common sense, balance, simplicity and solutions tailored for you!

For each of these services, I have undergone training and obtained certification. Each service is explained and detailed when you click on it.

I went for relaxing massage and loved it! Maude was very kind, caring and generous. She helped me relax, destress after a busy week and really care for my body and soul. The ambiance was very calming. Super happy with my experience and highly recommend My Body Caring Coach for anyone who wants to relax as I did, or even train, because Maude is also an experienced personal trainer.
