CamilaThis was my first and last time booking a nail service at House of Beauty. I get semi-permanent nails done every 3-4 weeks and have been doing so for a long time. Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was far from satisfactory. Despite the service being quite expensive, my nails started to break, and the nail polish began to peel off just two days after the appointment. I have never had such a poor result with semi-permanent nails before. To make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, I had to pay to have the nail polish removed. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the service provided and the additional cost incurred to fix their subpar work. I expected much better given the high cost, and I cannot recommend this salon to others based on my experience. I will not be returning to House of Beauty.
