Rdv fixé le 12/04 a 13h30. Institut fermé, essaies a plusieures reprises de contact sur instagram, et des appels sur le numéro affiché sur la vitrine aucune reponse et aucun essaie de excuse. Le pire c est que sur les reseaux l estheticienne que je pense c est la patronne poste des vidéos. Un oubli, un imprevu peut arriver a tout le monde, mais au moins un message pour s excuser. honteux!

O piro salão de beleza que existe no Luxemburgo. Pessoas incompetentes que não sabem o que realmente é trabalho. Depois de estar uma hora à espera, vem uma empregada dizer que a patroa o que parece se esqueceu de mim e que não me pode atender. Sabendo que não é a primeira vez que os Rdv são anulados na hora mesmo. Meu parabéns pela incompetência. Não recomendo a ninguém. Horrível
