BasevichThe worse experience in my life. I came there with dark hair and a bit of light Grey stripes. I asked them to bring back cold dark tone based on number 6. And take away the red tone which happened after my color washed away. They colored my roots in dark red warm color and the rest of the hair in blond. I can't see myself in the mirror, it's absolutely not what I wanted and looks awful. I came there because of the name, but it was a big mistake((
