Finally a cryotherapy center in Luxembourg, I have been dreaming about this for a long time and I would have never imagine such a high standard service. Virginie is simply the best, she knows exactly what she does, she knows her machine and the benefit for your mind and body. Cryopole was the top technology compare to most of the center I have been in Paris. Virginie pays attention to all the details, she asked you very detailed question to aim at the most optimal time you need to spend in the machine. Compare to others center that randomly admit everyone for 3 minutes while a athlete and a overweight person for example would have totally different need. Highly recommend to give it a try.
