BernardI recently had surgery, and due to some limitations preventing me from using the shower, I needed some help washing and drying my hair. I explained my needs to Sheary, including that I had chemically straightened 4B hair, and she was most gracious in helping me. In less than an hour I felt human again. 5 stars.
