MorganThis story ends with an unfinished pedicure, remnants of a plastic glove glued to my toe and a call to harass me even after I agreed to pay the full amount. This was the worst pedicure I could every imagine. Upon arriving, I was spoken to rudely and yelled at to wait on the side. When the technician began to take off previous polish, there was a small crack in the middle of the nail. Rather than offer a solution, I was quizzed about whether I knew about it and told it was a big problem. The technician yanked at the nail before I insisted the pain was too great. She then proceeded to glue it but glued her glove to the nail as well. As she tried to sand down the glove remnants, she was talking to other customers and not watching as the fragile nail was hacked away at. She then stopped the filing to tell me the payment system wasn’t working and I needed to have cash. I felt very uncomfortable by then and tried to be polite and pretend I just didn’t want to paint the cracked nail, but her first response was then to insist it wasn’t her fault and that I had to pay- no apology or understanding. I then said I would pay and hurried out without my coat on to avoid more harassment. I then received a call from the manager trying to get me to commit to the fact that it was my fault I came with a cracked nail and kept making sure I knew it was my fault and I would pay. I then went to the nail salon down the street where they made shocked faces that a glove had been glued to my nail and they proceeded to fix the nail, no problem. I saw numerous other dissatisfied customers while there. I never write reviews and would never want to endanger someone’s job but the mistreatment was too great. In response to the comment below: please stop calling me and harassing me after this review. I would appreciate no more contact. Thank you.

Your story is really sad...Your comment cost you €50.Too bad it wasn't even more expensive... With pleasure I would pay you more if I could for all your nasty and false comments that you wrote for us. .You are a bad person but you can't sabotage other people's work with your lies. You take pleasure in inventing stories to complement the work of others.Who are you ?
