Hello, We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated but you canceled your reservation 9 days ago via your salonkee account. Although you requested a postponement for another day, we never confirmed that this was possible and no slot for the postponement date was available. Also for the comfort of our clients, when we have a massage in progress, we do not interrupt the massage to answer either the phone call or the person on the landing. Sorry again for you but make sure you have confirmation for your massage by phone or email or make sure there is availability before you travel.

Disrespectful. We booked an appointment for 2 a month ago, showed up at the door, the salon was closed. Did not even bother to let us know or cancel our appointment ahead. This is the second time something like this happens I will never book here again.
