Rdv à 15:00 prise à 15:40 je ne vois pas l’interêt de prendre un rdv dans ce cas. De plus la patronne n’a pas arrêter de faire des aller retour entre les clients. Résultat final : une partie de mes ongles saignes, ils ne sont pas limer correctement et les finitions sont déplorables! Ils sont peut être parmi les moins cher du Luxembourg mais ça manque sérieusement de professionnalisme et de considération pour le travail! Je suis très déçue en expliquant le problème à la patronne elle a dit que c’était normal, pas de geste commerciale ni rien! Passez votre chemin
