MashaJe ne fais jamais de laser SHR, c'est très douloureux et je me brûle même la peau. Lazzurr utilise un laser Candela Diode, donc j'étais absolument ravi

MelanieHorrible! Le personnel est incompétent et irrespectueux. J'arrive à l'institut (qui est un hangar), personne n'est venu m’accueillir, j'ai du toquer à toutes les portes avant de tomber sur 2 jeunes femmes, qui m'ont refermer la porte au nez quand j'ai dis que je venais pour l'épilation, après j'ai de nouveau toquer chez elles pour leur montrer que j'avais un rdv avec une dame qui s'appelle Anastasia, donc après elles l'ont appeler et m'ont demander si je pouvais attendre 40min, qu'elle n'était pas. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette endroit!

Vous vous êtes effectivement enregistrée à la dernière minute, à peine 5 minutes avant votre arrivée, ce qui ne nous a pas laissé le temps de vous informer que notre spécialiste devait partir en urgence. Je tiens également à préciser que notre institut n'est absolument pas un "hangar". Nous disposons d'un espace moderne et accueillant avec de grandes salles lumineuses, des fenêtres, de la climatisation, ainsi qu'une parking gratuit pour nos clients. Nous mettons un point d'honneur à offrir un cadre agréable et confortable. Nous comprenons votre frustration et vous présentons toutes nos excuses pour ce malentendu. Merci pour votre compréhension.
