Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. I have been deliberating giving any sort of review, and just voting with my feet and going somewhere else, but today’s attempt at styling my horrendous hair got me so mad, I’m leaving a review. Despite showing pictures and discussing what I wanted, they bounced away and said ‘I know exactly what to do’ and I ended up with half the volume of my hair cut away (which was not thick to begin with!!) so now I look like I have bad extensions, terrible terrible layering, along with patchy hair colour that doesn’t suit my skin tone and a fringe that makes me furious every time I look in the mirror, all for the princely sum of €297 (which did include a treatment). I now have to go to another salon, to see if they can rectify the mess that sits on top of my head.
A good service, I can recommand it to everyone.

Rien à redire au niveau de la prestations ! C'était top ! Mais avoir un rdv à 12hrs et être pris qu'à 13h05 c'est un peu un manque de respect. A faire un gros effort de ce côté là ! Ou au moins un geste commercial

Der Empfang war super. Die Frisörin war mega nett und hat mir genau meinen Wunsch erfüllt. Ich habe sehr krauses Haar und manchmal fällt es mir schwer es so zu akzeptieren wie es ist. Die Frisörin hat das genau verstanden und versuch mir meine Haare so zu schneiden und zu stylen, dass sie zu mir passen. Und ich kann euch versprechen das tun sie. Ab jetz rate ich jedem nur no dort zum Frisör zu gehen!
