L'expérience globale a été un véritable désastre. Mon souhait était de changer mes cheveux blonds en une couleur cuivrée claire, rien de bien compliqué. Malheureusement, les cheveux sont sortis JAUNES. Le balayage a également été très mal fait et la ligne entre la coloration précédente et le balayage est très visible. On m'a proposé une petite réduction mais j'ai quand même payé 220 euros pour ce mauvais résultat. Je ne reviendrai pas. / The overall experience has been quite a disaster. My wish was to change my blond hair to a very light ginger colour, nothing really that complicated. Unfortunately the hair came out YELLOW. The balayage has also been quite poorly done and the line between the previous colouring and the balayage is strongly visibile. I have been offered a little discount but still paid 220 euros for this poor result. I will not be coming back.
