Reservations
Reservations you can directly dial +352 661 750 570 or through salonkee.lu. We suggest that you schedule your appointments in advance to obtain your preferred time. We always try our best to accommodate requests for individual therapists and specialists based upon their availability.

Spa Arrival
To ensure that you have all the time you need to get prepared for your treatment, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of your appointment. Please note that late arrivals will be impacted on the duration of the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy
You are respectfully advised that the full treatment cost will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel your reservation. A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking.  
Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand or a full cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows will be also charged at the full treatment price. 

Health Conditions 
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation.

Pregnancy 
Please allow Spa therapist to guide you in selecting treatments that are most suitable for you during this special time. Body treatments may be booked after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Spa Etiquette 
Our Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Use of mobile phones is not permitted.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.
