The aim of this first appointment is to enable me to understand your needs, get to know you and gather as much information as possible about your history, family background, lifestyle, eating habits, sleep quality, physical condition, any treatments you are taking, etc., by means of a detailed medical history.
At the end of this first appointment, and on the basis of the information you've provided, I'll draw up a lifestyle program which I'll send to you in PDF format by e-mail. This document will provide you with lifestyle advice, based on a natural approach, strictly adapted to your needs and lifestyle, in order to improve your daily life.
I do not perform medical examinations, check-ups or diagnoses.Follow-up
