The sculptural face lift (also called face sculpting) is a technique of deep (but gentle) massage of the facial muscles, created more than twenty years ago by Yakov Gershkovich. 
This massage is based on the idea that the face is the mirror of our emotions, each muscle in our face being associated with one or more emotions. It is done with only one tool: the hands, no machines are used.
Two techniques are used during the sculptural face lift: stretching and the intraoral technique.
Stretching involves careful and skillful facial manipulation to shape the face, neck and décolletage. Intra-oral massage (inside the mouth) is done with sterile gloves, and helps to strengthen and tone muscles that are inaccessible during external massage.
