Pura stands for pure, clear, sheer and for the purity of nature. Pura in Indonesian language means temple.

With ayurvedic massages and treatments, different methods of relaxation, Hatha yoga and yoga for seniors, let me enhance and support your physical and mental well-being. As an Ayurvedic nutritionist, I am at your side if you want to change something in your diet. Be it because you want to gain or lose weight or because you have physical complaints (bloated belly, joint problems, exhaustion etc.). Nutrition is often underestimated and I will be happy to advise you.

My massages will give you inner peace, strengthen your nerves, take away fatigue and improve your sleep, strengthen your immune system and bring you back into balance. And they rejuvenate you.

With my offers, I would also like to specifically address women and men who have/had breast cancer.

For all your treatments I will use high-quality biological products and oils WITHOUT any mineral oil, paraben, emulsifier, colour, perfume, preservatives, silicone or microplastics and animal testings. Just PURA...
