IrisI had an excellent experience today retouching my roots. In my case, I already have highlights in all my hair, which can sometimes be tricky to homogenize the hair colors. I'm glad with the result, and the staff was very kind and gentle with your hair. They also suggested and asked me if I was fine with x or y. The language is a plus; I could communicate in English or Spanish. I definitely recommend it.

Absolute disaster. I'm sorry but if you don't know how to handle a head shave please don't do it. And please hire more people as it took in total 1h15mn for a service that should take 30mn max. Will not talk about the bill... It's just a shame. For those looking for a clean beard and head shave, AVOID this place!!!
