J'allais à cet institut pendant presque deux ans. Gina fait un travail absolument parfait et est en plus une personne très courtoise, sympathique et avait toujours un effet apaisant sur moi qui suis stressée d'habitude. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le perfectionnisme et l'efficacité en même temps. J'ai du changé d'institut suite à un déménagement mais j'y retournerai quand possible.

Unfortunately, I was late and a particular therapist was far from happy about it. Even as I apologised profusely and offered to make another appointment or leave if there wasn't time to fit me in, the therapist criticised me about being late, even into the treatment room. I felt uncomfortable and wish I'd just walked out. Spas are meant to be relaxing, not disaplinary, even if a client is running a bit late. I won't be back.

Best nails spa in town, Gina is an absolute star - super professional and great personality too!
