Change Me - Mindful Body Fitness

"Change Me" in Contern is a small, cozy fitness studio that offers very private personal training in individual sessions. In addition to "simple" training with your coach, there is also EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training for those who are in a hurry (1/2 hour = 2 hours of normal training).

Sauna as well as coffee, tea and beauty products are included in the price.

In addition to body training, we also offer something for the soul:
1. The singing bowl therapy, where you can let yourself be pampered by sounds and vibrations.
2. Personalised Bach flower mixtures that bring you back into your emotional balance.
3. Humanistic hypnosis, which can dissolve old wounds and injuries with the help of symbols and without going through old traumas.
